About Loretta

All I ever wanted to do was to help people. From a very young age I sensed people’s energy and emotions. I always had a strong instinct if I entered a room, building or area of land if it felt good or not. I was fascinated by the beauty of nature, skies with stars and moonlight, beams of sunlight,  animals and Angels. I felt that there was more to life than we could see, yet I couldn’t understand it at the time.

In the late ‘90’s I had my first Reiki treatment following my Grandmother's passing. It gave me great comfort and a better understanding of the spirit world. I was transported to a space where I could connect to myself on a deeper level. I began to do guided meditations and read many self-help and spiritual books. I enjoyed a regular practice of self healing with Reiki visualisation and positive affirmations.

I dedicated my  life path to support others through various healing modalities, including TM Reiki, Sekheim, Egyptian Cartouche, the philosophy of Louise Hay and her wisdom, Grief Coaching and Holistic Reflexology. I also trained in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage. Over all of these years I built up a library of tools to nurture and support myself and my clients.  These became so important to me as life progressed especially through some dark nights of the soul.

My Mother passed away just before Christmas in 2019 and then my Father 6 months later in 2020. It is always hard to lose our Parents but I am so grateful for all their love and support and precious memories. 

​

Tragically in December 2021 our only child, our beautiful son Roman died. He was a premature baby and lived for just 2 weeks. We were blessed to have that time with him but his chosen path was not to be in this world. I miss Roman and think about him every day. Luckily we connect in spirit and I have experienced a lot through grief which also helps others.

​

My knowledge and healing tools were an incredible asset during these times. I would have been lost without them. My connection to the energies of loved ones who have passed on grows stronger. 

​

I am so blessed with all my Teachers especially my Teacher Maria Rawlins who taught me so many healing skills. I am so grateful for my healing practices that have supported and guided me over time. This has allowed me to work even deeper with all of my clients.

​

I am honoured to continue and develop this work as it helped me when I needed it the most and provided me with hope and perseverance. In this way it has also given me many opportunities and rewarding outcomes for my clients and workshops.
